With the NCAA mandated dead period in full swing, some recruits are getting creative in an aim to watch some practices and check out campuses on their own. Bartow (Fla.) corner Jordy Lowery is one of those creative players. Lowery made the short trip over to the USF campus, scoped out a spot and watched the Bulls practice from a distance twice this week.
