Phillips enters into the transfer portal

South Florida receiver Jernard Phillips entered the transfer portal on Monday. Phillips had opted out for the 2020 season after being a key contributor in 2018 and 2019 with some starts.

Over his Bulls career, he played in 28 games and had 20 career catches for 183 yards. He also returned some kickoffs in 2018. He is a graduate transfer and will have immediate eligibility at his future school.
