Clarksville (Tenn.) offensive guard Bruno Reagan took his only planned unofficial visit to USF this week. Bruno's verbal commitment seems as solid as they come.
Bruno talked to Runningthebulls.com about the visit - and how solid he is to USF.
"It was pretty chill," Reagan said. "The first day Coach (Willie) Taggart took us around the football building and just did his thing. Then the next day I got a tour of the facilities and with the offensive line coach (Walt Wells), a graduate assistant, and Leah Knight. We went out to eat and played pool - it was chill."
It was a relief for Reagan to visit the school he committed to a few weeks ago.
"It was great - I was just happy to come down and to see the family all together. The location is great and everyone was really nice and welcoming."
Bruno committed to the Bulls without ever coming to the campus - since he's visited now, how solid is his commitment?
"1 to 100 it was a 100 before the visit," he replied. "Now it is at 105 out of 100."
Bruno's highlights of the trip?
"Well Leah and I were on a team for billiards and we lost but that was a ton of fun," Reagan explained. "Talking to Coach T for the first time [in person] was great. Also, just getting to meet all the players was the best."
"It was beautiful," he said about the USF campus. "There is a ton of stuff to do but I'm really happy the dorms and the football field isn't far away."
"Well I committed without visiting - that's how much I wanted to play for this staff so everything else is just kind of a plus," Reagan laughed.
What does Reagan like about USF so much that he was able to commit before visiting?
"It was just the perfect opportunity here to get to play for a championship as quickly as possible for my favorite coaching staff. Most of the staff here was recruiting me at Western Kentucky."
