Bulls offer another in-state guard
South Florida offered Ronaldo ‘Rondo’ Segu, a three-star prospect out of Orlando, Fla., Sunday night. The 6-foot, 155-pound Segu received the offer barely one hour after the first live period of July ended at 5pm EST.
In addition to USF, Buffalo, East Carolina, Florida Gulf Coast, Murray State and College of Charleston are among the 19 programs that have offered Segu so far. In an interview with RTB last week, Segu said that Buffalo and USF were the schools who were making him a priority.
The Bulls had a coach at each of Segu’s 1 Family games during the Adidas Gauntlet Finale (July 12-15) and at the Elite 32 on Sunday. Brian Gregory has now offered three point guards in the 2018 class – Segu, Zach Scott and Serrel Smith – and are scouting Kevin ‘KJ’ Simon who was offered by the previous USF staff.
