TAMPA- South Florida football coach Jeff Scott spoke to the media on Tuesday as the Bulls unveiled the first phase of several upgrades to the football facilities. Tuesday saw the debut of the new locker room and players lounge areas while the Indoor Practice Facility construction will come later on in the year.
