USF defensive coordinator, Glenn Spencer spoke with the media on Tuesday. Spencer expressed enthusiastic support for playing football this fall. He believes the team is safe on campus, together, and stated that he is not concerned for his own safety. In regards to the team, he expressed concerns for the defense, which he says is way behind where they need to be, but believes they will get things on track before the season starts.
