David Collins and Justin Brown combined for just 15 points and Virginia Tech (3-0) had five players in double-figures in a 58-76 victory over USF (1-2) in the Air Force Reserves Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
Collins and Michael Durr led the Bulls with 10 points each. Durr and Alexis Yetna led USF with seven rebounds.
Tyrece Radford scored a game high 21 points, Keve Aluma had 12 points, Hunter Catoor scored 11 Cartier Diarra and Cordell Pemsl each had 10 points.

THE BOTTOM LINE: USF falls to 1-2 and got a good glimpse of how much work they have to do if they hope to earn a NCAA Tournament bid. The Bulls will return to Tampa to face Florida Gulf Coast Wednesday in Yuengling Center.
