TAMPA, Fla. (July 27, 2023) -- South Florida's men’s basketball announced the balance of its 2023-24 non-conference schedule, featuring Amir Abdur-Rahim’s debut as Bulls’ head coach on Thursday, Nov. 9 against South Carolina State at Yuengling Center.
BullsInsider.com previously reported that USF will host South Carolina State, Northern Iowa (Nov. 18), Maine (Nov. 22), Arkansas Pine Bluff (Dec. 12) and Albany (12/22). We also previously reported the dates of road games at Hofstra (Nov. 30) and at Massachusetts (Dec. 2) that were part of a home-and-home series that began last season in Tampa.
The Bulls play four non-conference games away from home – two at neutral sites and two on the road – with a Dec. 9 date vs. Florida State in Sunrise, Fla. for the Orange Bowl Basketball Classic and a Dec. 17 date vs. Loyola-Chicago in Atlanta for the Holiday Hoopsgiving event highlighting the non-conference slate.
USF wraps up its non-conference slate with a home game against Alabama State on Friday Dec. 29.
