"The USF offer meant a lot because I want to attend a school that I have a good relationship with the coaching staff," said McCreary. "Coach Dixon calls me almost every day. He's cool. And he tells me how I will be used if I choose USF. He has plans for me early on."

McCreary also holds offers from Central Connecticut State, Florida Gulf Coast, Massachusetts, Murray State and others. McCreary has also received high major interest from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Missouri and Clemson.

A 6-foot-7, 185 pound forward with a three-star rating by Rivals.com, McCreary has impressed this spring with Game Elite Black in the adidas Gauntlet. McCreary is excellent in transition thanks to his size, bounce and strength. In Atlanta, we loved him as a trailer coming down hill to finish with rim rattling dunks. He also showed off his touch around the rim connecting on floaters.

Where McCreary really stood out to us was as a rebounder. When RunningTheBulls.com watched him, the long lefty showed a relentless desire to get rebounds inside, and outside of, his area. In adidas Gauntlet play, McCreary leads Game Elite Black with 35 rebounds, of which 14 have come off of the offensive glass. He is averaging 11.6 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.

An efficient player, McCreary is making a 64.1 percent of his field goal attempts and Game Elite Black scores at least one point 46.7 percent of the time a possession ends with the ball in McCreary’s hands according to Synergy Sports Technology.

McCreary has tremendous upside. The all-important July live periods will determine if the high majors, who are giving him looks, come in with offers.
