The in-state recruiting class for 2008 is shaping up to be a pretty good one for the state of Nebraska.

On Tuesday, Omaha (Neb.) Millard North outside linebacker prospect Sean Fisher became the fifth in-state prospect to receive a Nebraska offer. Prospects for the class of 2008 could start receiving official written offers starting Sept. 1.
