Blazevich focused on two

Christian (Charlotte, N.C.) tight end Jeb Blazevich is one of the most coveted prospects in the country.

Things calmed down a bit for the Rivals250 prospect in December when he eliminated every school except for a top six of Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Ole Miss.

Now that Blazevich has had some time to take visits to those schools, he has begun to narrow things down once more.

But don't expect him to say much about it as no team in that top six has been eliminated yet.

"Right now I'm still planning on taking all my visits, but I have two top schools in mind right now," Blazevich said. "I have two schools in mind right now that are on top. I'm not going to share who those schools are right now, but it isn't final or anything. The other schools are still in there and I just have to sit down and talk to my family and my coaches, and pray about it to make sure I make the right decision.

Blazevich reiterated in a phone conversation with UGASports on Sunday that no team is eliminated, but he did acknowledge that he is getting close to a decision.

It is a decision that, according to the four-star playmaker, could become public knowledge in the near future.

"In the next two or three weeks, I am going to be committed I think and everyone will know where I'm going," Blazevich laughed. "That is the plan right now."

As for how he will make his college choice known, that is yet another decision Blazevich is in the process of making.

"I'll call the Head Coach and the position coach and let them know to be up front and honest about everything," he said. "Then I'm not sure how it will happen after that right now. I might have a chance to make an announcement on TV. An announcement is fun for all, and me but it is also just a great opportunity to get it out there all at once so I am still thinking about that."
