Channelside also has some clubs. Hyde Park too. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island if you are into rides amusement/water park stuff. If you want to wine and dine in luxury check out Armani's at the top of the Westshore Hyatt Regency or world famous Bern's Steakhouse in Hyde Park. Stop on Hugo's in Hyde Park for a hot pressed Cuban sandwich! (the best imo) Also the Hard Rock Casino is fun. Especially if you are winning. It used to be funner b4 they took away the betting sports TV section with couches and the Club Floyd's but it is still ok.

Thanks for that information my girlfriend and I had panned on making Clearwater more of a vacation spot that isn't too far away since it seems lots of people have good things to say about it. I will be sure to keep the places you mentioned in mind and look some of them up and save them to try out when we get down there.

This is an off-base question but with the Hard Rock Casino getting type 3 gambling in 2009 which means Vegas Style slots and blackjack etc how come they still do not have craps and roulette? Do they have those craps slot machines at least with the red button and dice in the bubble? I have not been to the HRC in a while but just got back from Vegas. I really want craps in Tampa! Anyone have any news on if they are coming soon? Since type 3 gambling is now allowed there, why can't they get them?
