South Carolina head football coach Steve Spurrier spoke with the media after Monday night's practice and said that the decision whether QB Stephen Garcia plays football again for USC is "out of his hands." Instead, the decision will be made by the 'university.'

OL Heath Batchelor was cited for underage drinking as well, but convinced Spurrier he didn't do anything wrong. As a result, he was allowed to return to parctice tonight.
