As promised, coach Skip Holtz said he used the bye week to re-evaluate everything about his program, including potential personnel changes to start the second half of the season. Holtz, who released a new depth chart earlier this week, named a few underclassmen that could be given a shot on Saturday as the Bulls try to get back on track.
